The Westside taproom turns 14, and the circus is coming to town. We're tapping a new Anniversary Rice Lager to celebrate. DJ Xia is on the music, there are tarot card readings, and there's a costume contest, so come dressed up. Bring canned food for our food drive and help out the community while you're here. Beer cupcakes are first come, first served.
