Shift Brewer Position:
Candidate must have a strong enthusiasm for beer, have a great attitude and a desire to be part of an award winning team. We are seeking someone that is interested in the challenges of producing 2-3 batches of beer per shift, and working with fellow brewers to produce quality consistent wort.
  • Applicant should have an understanding of brewing theory, strong communication skills, great attitude, ability to work well with others, have a strong mechanical and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Applicant must have professional brewing experience.
  • Brewing education is preferred and is a plus.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to think fast, multi task, and adapt
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Yeast harvesting and pitching
  • Able to lift 55 lbs
  • Able to work on feet for 10 hours+ at a time
  • Willing to work weekends and nights and holidays.
  • Understanding of CIP procedures/ experience working in cellar

All of our shift brewers spend a minimum of 1 year working 4 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to midnight; this is mandatory.

Packaging operator position:

Packaging Operators ensure brewery cleanliness and package beer in accordance with our operating procedures. They assist with quality control and help maintain our equipment by completing preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled. The right candidate for this position will be affable, timely, mechanically inclined and assertive. Experience working in a production environment is required for this position.

Responsibilities: General Packaging

Package beer in accordance with packaging procedures
• Ensure brewery cleanliness by completing all assigned cleaning and CIP tasks
• Help maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Complete shift paperwork as outlined in our operating procedures
• Communicate with appropriate department heads to minimize downtime
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as outlined on our PM schedule
• Log all packaging as outlined in our operating procedures

Bottling & Canning
• Work as a line operator to package beer for orders
• Ensure quality by inspecting all products as they are processed
• Work with the packing manager to complete setups, changeovers, and clean-ups in a timely manner

• Represent and promote Marble Brewery in a positive manner to guests, local residents, and the general public
• Must work well with others
• Follow all operational procedures as outlined in our SOP’s
• Assist with deliveries if and when necessary
• Help maintain a high level of cleanliness by cleaning workspaces, neaten trash and recycling and cleaning up after guests
• Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenging issues


• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Mechanical experience and problem resolution skills
• Great attention to detail

Education and Training
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum six months of brewery experience preferred
